Position:
Remote/Inside Sales & Customer Service


Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls, emails and text messages to potential customers; following up on leads 
  • Use CRM maintaining database of prospect and client information for new sales opportunities
  • Educate customers on how our disaster response shrink wrapping service’s work
  • Answer questions and send additional information upon request, by text and or email 
  • Diagnose customer needs and identify sales opportunities
  • Lead prospects successfully through our onboarding process
  • Stay informed about competing products and services 

Requirements:

  • Previous inside sales position a plus  
  • Excellent phone and cold calling skills
  • Proficiency in Google Suite / Microsoft Office 
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written 
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Demonstrate solid listening and sales skills
